Terms and privacy

These apply to bookings made on casasaporiti.it. The Italian version is the reference text.

Price and payment

• The price shown when you book is the total for your stay and includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels.
• For stays of 7 nights or more, the nightly rate is reduced by 10%. The discount is already included in the total and does not apply to the pet supplement.
• The City of Genoa tourist tax is not included and is paid separately, at the city's current rates.
• The stay is paid in full when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once the payment goes through.

Cancellation

• You can cancel free of charge until 3 pm the day before arrival and receive a full refund to the same card.
• After that time, or if you do not show up, the stay is non-refundable.
• To cancel, message me on WhatsApp or write to the email address below.

Your stay

• Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. Early arrival and late departure on request, when the calendar allows.
• The flat sleeps up to 4 people. Minimum stay 2 nights, maximum 30 nights for online bookings.
• Italian law requires every guest to be identified with a valid ID before entering: you will receive a link for online check-in.
• No smoking indoors; smoking is allowed on the balcony. Quiet from 11 pm under the building rules. Pets are welcome; please mention them when you book.

Privacy

The data controller is Carlo Agnello, who runs Casa Saporiti on Via Giuseppe Maria Saporiti, Genoa. For any request: [email protected].

What data. The name, email, phone number, dates and number of guests you enter to book. Before arrival, as required by law, also the ID details of every guest.

Why. To manage your booking and stay, to communicate with you, for the mandatory reports to the police (Alloggiati Web) and to the Liguria Region for tourism statistics, and for tax purposes. The legal basis is the accommodation contract and legal obligations.

Payments. You enter your card details directly on Stripe and they never reach me. Stripe processes them as an independent controller under its privacy policy.

How long. Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage your stay and then for the periods required by tax law. ID details are used only for the mandatory reports.

Your rights. You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data by writing to the address above, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies and statistics. This site does not use profiling cookies. Visits are counted in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors. Fonts are served by Bunny Fonts, which does not log visitors' personal data. The site runs through Cloudflare for security and speed.
